Luckily, as a PEI wedding photographer, I’ve spent countless hours scouring Prince Edward Island to find the perfect places to make your dreams come true, like the Centre Goeland wedding venue.

Located in the Wellington area, Centre Goeland is one of the more unique PEI wedding venues and one of my personal favourites. A magical place that’s hidden at the end of an extremely long driveway, you’ll feel like you’re heading far from reality and directly into Hogwarts!

Gorgeous grounds full of lush foliage surround this beautiful venue. Stained wood floors and walls in the main entrance area — which is the perfect place for the reception — have a flood of natural light from the epically large windows that span from floor to ceiling. It gives us a perfect snapshot of the grounds and, as a Centre Goeland wedding photographer, is an ideal spot to capture incredible photos!

About Centre Goeland Wedding Venue

The sky’s the limit when it comes to this amazing space, but I wanted to start with how much I love the options available for Centre Goeland wedding photography!

Not only does the indoor reception area offer an amazing view of the ground, the outdoor ceremony space puts you right in the middle of it. There’s a specific location with a stone arch and chairs around a stone wall — total castle vibes, btw — but you can also bring your own arch and have the ceremony along the cliffs of the island, with the sunset painting the backdrop behind you.

The ceremony area also gives us a chance to take some amazing couples portraits and wander the grounds for gorgeous candids. There are so many spots to choose from, and taking you around to find them can be so much fun for everyone. (And if you want other locations for your wedding day photos to mix things up, I have plenty!).
