Perhaps it’s the way the golden shine of the sunset spills through the floor-to-ceiling windows, or the seemingly endless ocean that lies outside those windows, stretching on forever — just like your love.

There’s an endless amount of ocean surrounding The Sunset Room, which makes this place such a gorgeous place for pictures! As a PEI wedding photographer, I absolutely love shooting ocean photos. 

Taking a quiet, romantic walk along the beach where you can just breathe and enjoy each other translates into gorgeous candid shots that you can look back on for years and years to come. You can have your ceremony indoors or outdoors but with the plethora of windows that fill the venue, even when you’re inside it feels like you’re standing right along the shore. 

What makes Sunset Room weddings even more special is the owners and staff here! They have thrown hundreds of weddings, and are practically experts when it comes to ensuring your wedding runs smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Why Should You Consider It?

As someone who has frequently had an opportunity to be onsite as The Sunset Room’s wedding photographer, my biggest reason to consider it is the kind of photos we can make happen here. A master painter couldn’t properly capture it! 

Aesthetic And Vibes

Beachy and full of sunsets! That’s the vibe of this venue in a nutshell. Its sand-scrubbed deck and building is made of all wood, and it feels both antique and modern at the same time. Equal parts chic and comfortable, regal, and relaxed. 

Indoor And Outdoor Options

There are options for both, but no matter what, you have the options for views! While you’re welcome to request curtains or include them in your wedding decor, there is no reason to cover up these portals to the sea. They will make your wedding, and The Sunset Room wedding photography that comes out of it, otherworldly.
